Could you talk about yourself? How much are you in this sector, What do you do?

I am a graduate of Sakarya University Department of Industrial Engineering. I work in Sakarya İz Reklam for 10 years. During my time in Sakarya İz Reklam, I worked in the position of Quality Engineering and Quality Manager. I am currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive.

Sakarya İz Reklam was the advertisement established? Could you talk about your activities today?

Sakarya İz Reklam was founded in 1987. Our company is the most important supplier to major automotive brand that manufactures automobile tags currently in Turkey. Our company is a subsidiary company that serves in the automotive industry in the industrial label sector. In the automotive sector, we provide the production of performance labels or patterns outside a vehicle that must be found on a vehicle as an industrial label maker.Automotive companies constitute 95% of our work share. Some of the automotive companies we work with are; Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Tofas, Man, Turkish Tractor, Otokar and the subsidiaries of these companies. The most important feature that separates us from other companies in the sector is that we can provide the performance labels desired by the companies with appropriate quality standards.For example, we do not only company with a Ford Q1 certification in Turkey.

How did you decide on the transition to the ERP system? What have you experienced at this stage?

Before we met 12M Consulting, we had bitter experiences with a few companies regarding the transition to the ERP system. Classic Package Programs, which are called Sectoral Solutions in the market, are not sufficient for companies like us with a large business volume, for such companies it is the most appropriate solution to switch to the ERP system. As a company with a large business volume, we could not follow our production parts as a whole before we switched to the ERP system. 12M Consulting has a very solid infrastructure in ERP and with their support, we have managed to adapt this infrastructure to our own system very easily and effortlessly. In this way, our transition to the ERP system took place.

Solar System What has changed when you compare your transition to Li-Nova Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with your old situation?

By moving to the ERP system, we were able to consolidate all our business processes from production to accounting, under a common roof. In this way, we can establish a simultaneous connection between all of our units, and we can provide fast and high quality information flow. In addition, all of our business processes, previously followed by people, have now been transformed into a structure that everyone can follow. Therefore, the follow-up tasks that were the subject of people before, now become a matter of system completely.

How do you find screens specifically tailored for you? What is your favorite screen?

They all work precious and I have personally worked on the construction of all of them. For example, the Order Follow-up screen has been specially developed in line with our needs and desires. We have started to monitor all of our business processes directly through our ERP system by transforming our Order-by-Order screen into a functional structure.                              We can now do a job that has already been done by 10 people in a much longer period on a shorter time.                              My eye is my screen, our planning module. The planning module is being developed in line with our needs. The planning module covers a period from the first entry of a part into the system to the creation of the system and the expedition of cost analysis.

What did you experience during the transition to e-Notebook and e-Invoice? Could you talk a little bit?

The transition to our e-Book and e-Invoice systems has been in a period of radical change, such as switching to the ERP system and closing the year. We also had accounting integration at the same time. In addition, all of our main industrial firms we work with are e-Invoice and they each have their own e-Invoice contents. All these new stages were very critical and we were foreign. However, with 12M Consulting's e-Book, e-Invoice and legal regulations, we completed our transitions quite easily and in a short time. Now we can use it quite comfortably.

Can we get to know you closely?

All Electricity, which was established as Private Partnership in 1978 for wholesale sales of all kinds of electrical materials, was transformed into a capital company in 1984 and became a limited liability company. In 2000, all Electricity Materials Trade and Marketing Inc. . In the following period, Tum Group was formed by the establishment of companies and partnerships covering marketing, production, project and contracting fields required by the conditions of the day. The Tum Group consists of five companies: Tum Elektrik, Tümpa Elektrik, Tümka Kablo, Tümkar Project, Club PhokaiaTum Group; It collects the best brands in the world within the electricity sector is one of Turkey's largest sales organization.It provides a wide range of services in all kinds of electricity, lighting and cable market with direct and indirect sales method both at home and abroad. Serving with 300 qualified personnel, the Tum Group delivers 27,500 kinds of products stocked in modern depots consisting of 16,000 square meters to 2,300 sales points within 24 hours. Vehicle fleet; 63 different closed and open cases in different tonnage consists of truck, van, and passenger vehicles. The flow of all the processes within the group is monitored and controlled by the advanced computer system from the order step through the delivery. I have been working here for ten years. This is Torpa 's management center. I started working here while I was studying in college. I went here two days a week and I was coming. Then I went abroad. I stayed a year and a half and made a master and returned. After I got back, I started working here again. I'm responsible for the company's IT department. I make sure all of our locations are in one-to-one connection. I am responsible for thirteen depots.

When did you decide to work with 12M Software?

When I started to work, barcodes were on the new market. Ömer Bey, it was not about that. We were working with another company. We even had four consultants at that time. There were four problems with four consulting firms. We did not know where you were from when you had a problem. We have barcode and credit control programs. Then we started working with Ömer Bey. It's been three years. Things have been scrapped. We delivered a large part of the company to 12M. Before 12M, we were more scattered. Working with one person gave us an advantage. What are your enjoyment or compulsion for your profession?

The side I enjoyed, there are too many locations. Which means that I travel a lot. I'm not stationary. I am very pleased with him. I have individual communication with everyone. I am in direct contact with all users in the Accounting, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse departments. Sometimes it is hard to be able to solve the problem myself when the problem arises and there are too many technical reasons. I can often find a comma that I try to do. The company stops when the system stops. One day of system maintenance increases the cost for that day. This is a stressful direction. The system should never stop. How is your day so busy?

My days may all be different. I can go to a different spot every day. Generally I am in Karaköy Region. The demands of our company can vary according to the conditions and requirements of the day. For this reason, new demands are constantly shaping and developing. In these developing processes, I listen to all the requests of the users and coordinate the necessary activities related to their integration into the system.

Aydan Yalçınkaya; We have never heard "No" until today

Could you talk a little about yourself?

I was born in Istanbul in 1976. After graduating from the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at Marmara University, I chose Human Resources, which is my area of interest because I could not find the right address in my field. 7.5 years in the banking sector I worked in different areas of human resources then I worked in a company operating in the manufacturing sector (white goods and building law) for about 7 years. Lastly, I am a Group Manager in charge of Human Resources activities in the Marmara Group of Companies. I am married and have 1 girl child.

What are your enjoyment or compulsion for your profession?

It is one of the things I enjoy most in my work to be with people from different places and to give direction to different ideas. The positive effect is also great that we work as a team and that we are in solidarity with each other. Sometimes I find it difficult to come up with different needs arising from man. In this process, we are the vehicle to make the people fit the desired form. We can live in difficult situations because we can stay in the middle point between management and employee.

What you propose to companies, what are the features that you notice in the candidates in the staff elections?

We have 3 business arms; textile, energy and paper production. On the other hand, we have a sales-marketing company. Studying short essays while we are studying will draw our attention and we are sure that we will be interviewing in our interviews. Our goal is to support our friends who join our company to be part of our family business and work with family members for many years. For example; For Çorlu 's campus, it is generally a characteristic of our production experience, engineering history and industry expertise. Since we are a young company, there is an age criterion we look for in the candidates. The candidates who can work with us for many years and lasting for a long time are one step ahead for us as a stepping stone to our company. In the search for personnel for the Sales-Marketing Department, we prefer candidates who are strong in the sector, as well as human relations, who are focused on the target and can translate their goals into success. These achievements are affecting us, and we are more willing to work with them. When you look at the breakthroughs of our company in the sector, we are a family company, as well as an open-minded company. It is also very important for us that candidates can adapt and adapt to this change.

What are your suggestions to candidates who have chosen your profession?

It may be a rough description, but it is absolutely necessary to put 'put your hand under the stone'. Because you will never get a career. As of 2008, our company met with 12M Consultancy. It became an indispensable program for us, carrying all of our work on paper onto the system. The benefit of the system is incredibly great for us. One of the most important parts of a company is the correct, error-free calculation of the billboard. A much more important part is that the system can give you the ability to backtrack and not count on its calculations. The system stands behind us, our stance in front of the employee is getting stronger. One of the positive aspects is that the system is not closed, constant improvement is open. Meltem Ş. Turan; "We manage integrated ERP processes with 12M"

Could you talk a little about yourself?

I was born in 1980 in Istanbul. After graduating from Austrian Lisesini and Istanbul University Faculty of Law, I completed a master's degree in law at Galatasaray University. I worked for a year and a half in a law firm to get a bar code for a bargain. Since July 2007, I have started to refer to Turanlar Group of Companies which is my family company.

What is Turanlar Group of Companies doing?

Our group operates in the Tourism and Forest Products Industry. We have two facilities in the tourism branch. We have been serving Turkish tourism since 1993. With our hotels with a bed capacity of approximately 3500; In Antalya Region, we serve mostly foreign tourists as Turan Prince World and Turan Prince Residence. Forest Products Industry is actually our main business subject. Established in 1949, Pelit Arslan Plywood Factory is our first business in this field; Here we produce plywood and laminate. The other one is Vezir Köprü Orman Ürünleri ve Kağıt Sanayi A.Ş. in Samsun, our second factory that we bought with privatization in 1995. With these two facilities, we produce almost all kinds of products related to forest products... Mdf, chipboard, formwork systems, plywood, laminate flooring. We produce lacquered parquet, coated boards, kitchen countertops, interior and exterior laminates. Of course, these are the main names... There are detailed titles under them. Our other product is; our qualified filter paper plant. We are one of the 4 companies in the world that can produce such quality filter paper... When I say filter paper, I am talking about the paper used in tea bags and infuser bags. It seems very simple, but it is a product that you are in the world league when you launch it. We produce this product under the name "Pelipaper".

When did you meet with 12M Software?

My join was with ERP systems. We operate large industrial plants, we have decided to work with 12M to coordinate a system with many distributions such as product entry-exit, barcode system, and to optimize the processes in these facilities as much as possible and control costs.

What are your enjoyment or compulsion for your profession?

I am actually a lawyer but I do not carry on my job, the job I am currently doing is management ... The business life is always a living space that requires labor and struggle. Obviously I enjoy my work very much. We were born in this business because we are family business, we grew up with this business. Since childhood we have come to the factory. Our job is not to know everything well, but to find and work well in every business. This is because it is the administration ... We want to address the people who know the business well in places where we need counseling, and we want our partners to direct us. the hard part is the human relations ... because the machines do what we say except the .

Do you have a project or a dream you want to achieve?

Presenting our AR-GE products to the market for a long time and bringing them to the good spot in the market ... We are now working 90% abroad with our filter paper facility. We want to improve this rate further and bring it to an end. At the same time our kitchen countertops and light panel production also able to offer very innovative and affordable products for the market of Turkey. We also want to bring these to advanced levels. In the field of tourism, we are planning to add one more city hotel to our group. We have a hotel investment in the airport area in istanbul ... Our dreams; to do the work we do rightly and efficiently ...

How is your day so busy?

I come to the office at 09:00 in the morning. We are having a short meeting with our colleagues. We discuss the criticism of yesterday and the vision of the day and set our daily work schedule accordingly. Routine work is developing very fast. Most of the time, time is moving very fast. I do not understand how the clock worked. I worked on Saturdays for about 10 years. Now I do not come on Saturday, but I keep following the work from home.

Interview with Alimex-Supply Chain Director Öner Tank

First of all, we want to get to know you. Are you talking about yourself briefly?

Öner Tank, I have two sons aged 11 and 5. Industry I am a high engineer and have over 13 years of experience in domestic and foreign companies.In 2007, I started to refer to Alimex Wingroup as a Production Transfer officer during the closure of the production plant in Sweden. I am currently coordinating the company's planning, logistics, procurement and inventory departments as the Supply Chain Manager at Alimex Aluminum.

What is Alimex Group doing?

Alimex Aluminum is a manufacturing facility affiliated to Swiss-based Wingroup. Wingroup is a group company that has emerged as a result of the merger of Swedish and Swiss based companies. Wingroup continues its operations with active engineering and sales companies in Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom. Our products are roof constructions made of aluminum, folding and sliding doors, balcony closing systems.

When did you decide to work with 12M Software? Which projects do you carry out together and are you satisfied with 12M service?

It took about 3 years for all products to be transported to Turkey, even though I started working as Production Transfer responsible in the process of closing the production facility of Wingroup in Sweden in 2007. In Alimex, there were 2 independent databases in which orders were tracked during the said period. Unfortunately, like many fast-growing companies, we could not renew our IT infrastructure in proportion to the growth in production processes. It was 2012 and the number of databases used for various needs had increased to five. At the beginning of 2012, our CEO, Mr. When Roemer and our General Manager, Ferhat Bey, requested that a group-wide reorganization would be made and that the infrastructure would be made suitable for the new organization by the end of the first quarter, we understood that a very difficult process awaited us all. And so it was… We had previously done our feasibility studies on the investments to be made in IT, so we knew that a complete ERP system would require at least 1 year. But we didn't have that much time. At this very moment, as an expert, we decided to seek the opinion of Mr. Ömer. As a result of our conversation with Mr. Ömer about our needs and options, we agreed to go through a new program that will download 5 databases into a single database and meet the needs of our reorganization. Project approval by Mr. I was aware of what kind of responsibility I was taking on when I bought it from Roemer. We had a very busy working period, but it was absolutely beautiful. On the one hand, we were drawing the process maps and information flow with the Alimex project team, and on the other hand, we were doing the system development with the expert software developers of 12M. In mid-April, our system was ready to include all order tracking modules, and we announced that the reorganization was commissioned at the end of April as planned. We named this new system we implemented as ALiPROP, an acronym for Alimex Production Planning. This is a project that I am proud to be a part of from the very beginning and is one of the milestones in my career.
